Error 15: Load Material Capture Fault

The leading end of the timber was not detected correctly during a Load Material command.

What to do now

Press START to override and measure the member after cutting, or stop the saw by holding down the STOP button.

What to do next

  1. Try to recut the stick of timber.
  2. Try a different piece of timber.
  3. Blow out the feeders and make sure that all six (three on the infeed side and three on the outfeed side) optical sensors in the feeders are clear (there is no swarf or piece of wood blocking the through-beam).
